Reducing food waste
We prepare our fresh food on-site based on demand to ensure a fresh selection at all times and minimize food waste. We approach food preparation thoughtfully – making exactly what is needed to keep surplus to a minimum.
We also ensure that fresh products are stored at the right temperature and used in the correct order by always placing items that arrived earlier at the front. This helps us maintain food quality and freshness while reducing unnecessary waste.

Packaging
We monitor the use of single-use plastic beverage and food containers and seek ways to reduce it. You can enjoy your coffee from a reusable mug, and we offer a discount if you bring your own thermos. We also sort our waste to ensure as much material as possible is recycled.

Community
We are an active part of our community and believe it is important to give back. We support local sports clubs, including FC Kuressaare, and organize annual charity Christmas parties for children from low-income families to bring more joy and care to the holiday season.
